Client Overview

With a wide network of stores and online services, our client is a household name in the UK’s DIY and home improvement market.

Having started our collaboration by creating a clear vision and operating model for procurement that aligned with the client’s overall strategy. This helped us define the role and value of indirect procurement in the business and how to leverage it for maximum impact. Along the way, we built strong relationships with stakeholders across the business functions, becoming their trusted advisors.

Stakeholders want to work with us because they see the benefits we have brought.

We then developed and continuously updated a pipeline of strategic and operational activities that addressed the business needs. We continue to deliver commercial value and business improvement through these activities.
