Founded in 2012, EBIT set out to redefine procurement services. We deliver hands-on, collaborative support focused on achieving real results by doing what’s right for our clients.
We began in retail and hospitality and, through reputation and referral, expanded across sectors ranging from manufacturing to financial and professional services. Our success stems from a simple principle: purpose-built solutions led by practitioners and collaboratively delivered.
Today, we help clients achieve measurable EBITDA improvements through our Procurement Managed Services, Virtual Procurement, and Strategic Project Services. Since joining the FourCentric Group in 2021, our clients also gain access to global expertise in procurement, analytics, operations, and executive search.

CEO
Joanne McCourt is the CEO of EBIT and a Board Director within the FourCentric group. With 25+ years of experience across outsourcing, consulting, procurement and finance, she’s known for elevating performance and reshaping how organisations operate. Jo has driven EBIT’s rise as a leader in Procurement Managed Services, expanding into new sectors and building high-impact partnerships. A qualified accountant and ACCA Fellow, she pairs sharp strategic instinct with the grit to deliver results.
Nicki Perrott
COO
Nicki Perrott is Chief Operating Officer at EBIT, responsible for driving operational excellence and ensuring clients see real, lasting value. With deep experience across in-house procurement and consultancy, she leads high-performing teams and works closely with stakeholders and suppliers to turn strategy into delivery. Nicki is known for her commercial edge, collaborative leadership, and focus on outcomes that make a measurable difference.

Paul Mills is Head of Business Growth at EBIT, leading client engagement and growth strategy across the business. With experience spanning business development, marketing and client partnerships within the procurement and professional services space, Paul works closely with organisations to shape procurement programmes that deliver practical, measurable results. He’s known for his commercial focus, clear communication and ability to turn opportunity into long-term value.
Robyn Acutt
Head of Finance & HR
Robyn Acutt is Head of Finance & HR at EBIT, where she ensures strong financial governance and supports the company’s commercial strategy through disciplined budgeting, compliance and financial oversight. In her role, Robyn leads financial planning and reporting, drives profit performance and cost optimisation, and partners with senior leadership to align financial management with business goals. With a background in finance leadership and a focus on operational excellence, she plays a key role in strengthening financial controls and enabling sustainable growth across the business.
