Our client is one of the UK’s leading health and wellness retailers, with a heritage of over 100 years and more than 1,000 stores across the UK and internationally.

Employing over 7,800 people, the retailer offers a wide range of products including vitamins, supplements, natural beauty items, and sports nutrition. The business continues to invest in digital transformation, sustainability, and personalised wellness services.

EBIT was engaged to provide interim procurement expertise while the retailer recruited to manage indirect spend in-house. The initial focus was on two key areas – consumables and legal support – where multiple suppliers and inconsistent terms were driving inefficiencies and missed opportunities for savings.
