We are delighted to announce that Joanne McCourt, Ebit Intelligent Procurement’s Chief Financial Officer, will become our new CEO with immediate effect.

Jo joined Ebit in July 2017 as Head of Finance & Operations before becoming CFO and successfully leading the sale of Ebit in 2020. Instrumental in driving significant growth and navigating the business successfully through recent economic challenges, Jo will now lead the business into its next phase of growth as part of the 4C Group.

“After three fantastic years as Chief Financial Officer, I am thrilled to take on the position of CEO at Ebit.”

“Ebit is a leading procurement services provider, our clients tell us that we are different.  We care about doing the right thing, making our clients look good whilst delivering lasting change that locks in tangible bottom line value.”

“Providing a fun and inspiring environment to work in is something I feel passionate about, one in which our people can do work they enjoy with people they like, sharing the same values whilst respecting one another’s differences.”

“I’m proud to lead such a great business into the next phase of growth and am excited to see where I can take the business alongside founding director Rob Froome and our amazing team.”

Prior to Ebit Jo held a number of senior finance and procurement roles within the retail sector.
