Our client is a premium British luxury interiors and lifestyle brand, specialising in timeless furniture, kitchen design, and home accessories.
Each retail site serves as both a showroom and design consultancy hub, supported by a team of expert designers. The company integrates high-touch customer service with vertically integrated manufacturing and supply chain operations, ensuring quality control and cost efficiency across its business.

EBIT was engaged to conduct an overall review of indirect spend, focusing initially on couriers, software infrastructure, affiliate marketing, and warehouse packaging. The goal was to improve cost efficiency, renegotiate supplier terms, and establish a clearer framework for managing indirect spend.
