Luxury Retailer Compliments their EBIT Account Leads

by | May 21, 2026

EBIT team members delivered savings and received praise from one of our newly established global luxury retail clients.

Our client’s Senior Global Procurement Manager informed our leadership team of their team’s  immense satisfaction with and gratitude towards our team members Rachel Saxton, Consultant, and Gemma Bridle, Head of Procurement Operations.

Utilising our Virtual Procurement services to augment their existing procurement function, this client has worked with Rachel from the onset of our partnership in December 2025, receiving support from Gemma across the engagement to date. Both Gemma and Rachel have developed great rapport with key stakeholders from their organisation, creating a noticeable impact and respected impression within their internal teams.

After managing to a £175k FY saving, our client expressed:

“Thank you so much Rachel. You have been a wonderful partner on this and have really got us to an eye-opening outcome with savings too! Thank you, to you and Gemma, again.”

EBIT is always pleased to hear that our team members are well received. Although we may be biased, we believe wholeheartedly in our colleague’s abilities to deliver results, support, (and probably a few smiles!) to our clients. We are encouraged every day by our team’s growth mentality and drive to satisfy our customers.
