Just this week EBIT received glowing reviews for our team’s IT Category Director, Angelique Harris, and Head of Procurement Operations, Gemma Bridle.
Four and a half months into her role with EBIT – working on-site with one of our newest clients – Angelique has already made quite the impact and has become a widely respected team member within both EBIT and our client’s organisation.
Our client writes:
“I wanted to take a moment to formally recognize Angelique for the dedication, expertise, and partnership she demonstrated over the past five months while working with me on the procurement of our new CSP tool.
Angelique’s leadership throughout this process was exceptional. Her approach and diligence enabled us to achieve a 60% cost savings, while also ensuring that our potential vendors experienced a fair and partial level playing field during the evaluation and selection process.
She provided the structure, templating, and guidance I needed to confidently navigate each step of the process. Her support made a complex and unfamiliar process both manageable and successful.
I’m very grateful for her collaboration and professionalism, and I wanted to ensure you were aware of the meaningful impact she’s had, not just on the outcome, but on the overall experience as well.”
We’re also thrilled to announce that Gemma Bridle has recently agreed to become our new Head of Procurement Operations, a move that is clearly resonating well with our clients judging by this feedback from our client’s COO:
“I was delighted to hear that you’ll [Gemma] be joining us full time in the ProcOps role. Such a big win … You bring a combination of process and flexibility, strong relationships, and perseverance that will be ideal for this role. Looking forward to working with you in your new capacity”
Gemma reflected on her move, saying;
“I’m really excited to be stepping into the role of Head of Procurement Operations. Having supported numerous clients over the last four years with their procurement operations in a flexible capacity in my previous role as Head of Procurement Delivery, I’ve developed a strong track record in operational transformation, embedding scalable processes and partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes. I’m now looking forward to taking on a more focused leadership role with end-to-end ownership of procurement operations and transformation.
My focus will be on supporting and transforming day to day procurement operations, while also driving forward strategic procurement transformation. I believe the experience I’ve gained across delivery, transformation and client engagement puts me in a strong position to help continue building momentum and delivering impact.”
We are pleased our client felt inclined to share their excitement over and gratitude for our colleagues’ hard work and noticeable impact. Given the value both Angelique and Gemma have already brought to all their engagements, we have no doubt they will continue to succeed in driving transformation within EBIT and our valued clients’ organisations.
